Browse or search the KnowledgeBase first. If you cannot find an answer submit a support ticket here
How do I use the KnowledgeBase ?
You can browse by categories, perform a quick search or an advanced search. Search results are sorted by relevance. You can rate articles and email articles to colleagues and friends using the email button.
How do I find the latest articles in the KnowledgeBase ?
The most recent articles are listed on the start page and sorted descending by creation date.
What is the difference between "Ask a Question" and "Submit Support Ticket" ?
If you have a technical problem, please submit a support ticket here. If you have a general question about our products or services, please ask a question here. Both requests are read by our Support Team, but support tickets have a higher priority.
I cannot find an answer in the KnowledgeBase.

How do I suggest a new feature ?
Your are welcome to suggest new features. Most of the new features you see in our products are the result of feature suggestions and close communication with our customers

How often does CND update the KnowledgeBase ?
The KnowledgeBase is updated regulary. The new support system allows us to create knowledgebase articles quickly from the questions and support tickets customers have submitted.
Does CND publish customer information (name, email) in the KnowledgeBase ?
CND does not publish customer information in the support system.
Do I need to register first to submit a support ticket or ask a question ?
No. Everybody can submit a support ticket or ask a question.
