- Can I access the download area immediately after I have registered ?
- The CND Support Team will verify your registration first and then activate your user account. After your account has been activated, you can access the download area.
- How long does it take to activate my user account ?
- During normal business days max. 24 hours. We recommend, that customers register immediately after installing our products.
- Can I use my old account to access the download area ?
- Yes. If you had an account to access the previous download area, you can continue using the username and password. In the field Username enter your email address
- Do I receive an email when my account has been activated ?
- No, you will not receive an account activation email. If you have problems logging in submit a support ticket.
